Oddball is a digital services agency that builds software for federal government agencies. They describe themselves as "a strangely human digital agency" working on web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and UI/UX for citizen-facing government systems.

Client work spans the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA.gov Platform, vets.gov, the Veteran-Facing Services Platform, the VA Design System), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (HealthCare.gov, MyMedicare.gov, the Common Working File), the U.S. Air Force (Kinderspot, BIZINT, BEAM, Tradewinds Marketplace), and the SEC, where their Enterprise Data Platform stores and processes over 3.6 petabytes of data.
